Lucy McLaren Staging & Interiors work with four different styles in our Developer furniture/Staging packages, these being; Classic, Loft, Minimal, Luxe. Each look is catered to suit the Development and style for the building as well as buyer demographics and of course budget.
Vacant Staging: This is when the property is empty and requires furniture and accessories to be brought in, this demands a larger but essential investment. But still usually costs less than 1% of the sale price.
Occupied Staging: The owner is still living in the property but it still needs to be prepared in the best possible way, more so, even better in order t de-personalize.

Our Process
Consultations: We cover everything from how to target your ideal buyer, even if you are on a tight budget, to full staging reports. We consult via home visits, email, phone and video calling services.

Payment Information
We have three Payment options
1. Pay in full 3 days before installation.
2. Going through finance BUT NEED WITH 7 – 14 DAYS. Finance can take several weeks to organise. The customer can pay before delivery to secure their delivery date and once the finance company has paid L.U.C.Y we will refund the customer back.
3. Going through finance and don’t wish to pay up front.
SORRY, NO INSTALLATION DATE can be given as finance can take anything from 3 weeks to 8 weeks. Once we receive the acceptance letter from finance company, we will aim to install within 7 days.
