Encouraging sustainable living where possible that entwines with our emotions and how we live: our 4 senses;  touch , taste , feel, and sound. Replicating , clean fuss free living whilst emulating  luxury. 

‘Staging by Lucy’ came about as I was involved in  numerous interior design projects as well as an involvement with property individuals, architects & other designers. There was a gap in the market for staging as not many were providing this add on service. 

We initially tried to locate a local staging company for an investment project as we were aware that staging achieves a higher asking price in the quickest time, but couldn’t find one. We ended up doing it ourselves and loved the results so much so decided to offer it to help others.

There was also a need for this service to look luxurious and stylised but not at the hefty price tag this usually commands from other London staging companies.

‘Staging by Lucy’ offers a unique service that emulates luxury without the Samey same show home, one look fits all. Each home is different and needs to be treated as such- going off it’s surroundings , type of architecture, or buyer demographics;the perfect to anyone selling their property. 

There was also the realisation of how much equity was being lost during a sale if not staged or Revamped, so the idea of financially assisting in this was born where we fund the stage or revamp upfront for you.

No one else was really offering this staging service for a reasonable price nor were they getting extraordinary results -my team and I knew we could do things better.

My plans are to expand the business and offer jobs to young people with disabilities and special needs, especially knowing how hard it is for these young adults to become employable and live an able & fulfilled life. The idea came about when looking for work my daughter who has special needs during her transition into adulthood and the added difficulties we faced in seeking this.
