We stage your property for sale.
We are stagers doing things differently, we don’t have a one look fits all glitzy
show home look, instead we work with the style of the property and the buyer
demographics meaning each stage looks slightly different and unique to your
property.
It’s not quite interior design as this is very personalised and done for a specific
person or family, and is way more expensive, however we like to think we take a
differ apporisch to other stagers and currant specific staging looks personalised
to the property.
We can of course offer a one look fits all show home look if that’s what you are
after and we can of course offer a more detailed stage.
Our Staged to Sell Package has been proven to get a higher valuation on a
property, especially if done before it is valued. Property Staging also generates
higher online traffic to your listing because of your stand out photos, meaning
increased viewings and therefore more offers and in a shorter space of time.
We offer a minimum hire period of 8 weeks which shows your property fully
furnished & staged for viewings right until you achieve your sale, or until
exchange of contracts.
Vacant Staging: This is when the property is empty and requires furniture and
accessories to be brought in, this demands a larger but essential investment. But
still usually costs less than 1% of the sale price.
Occupied Staging: The owner is still living in the property but it still needs to be
prepared in the best possible way, more so, even better in order to de-
personalise
